Hi there. I just finished my period. It doesn't matter if you use pads or tampons - which ever is more comfortable for you, same with underwear. :)

if you wear a tampon, usually it doesn't matter. but if you're wearing a pad, you should wear underwear that fits the pad. usually bikini style or boy shorts are good.
