When your flow is heavy, you will need a liner. If you might not get a chance to change your tampon as often as you might be required to, wear a liner.

Tampax work better than Platex. Platex are supposed to open like an umbrella but fail because the vaginal walls prevent it from opening.

Give some thought to the Diva Cup. Google it. It will still need a liner for heavy flow days, but it saves a lot of money because tampons are no longer required except for situations where the Diva Cup is inconvenient.

Most of the time they work... I would wear a panty liner as backup just in case.

u should wear a liner to cause sometimes they do leak

I'd use a pantyliner with it, just to be safe.

Try the tampax peral.. they have an absorbent string also. But also wear panty liner as a back up. Help save on stains on your panties

well nothing is 100% but they are really good IF ur flow isn't too terrible heavy, u change it frequently, u haven't had a kid (my mom cant wear them now cuz of that, not to say that u can't, sometimes it just dosen't work for some women) other than that, they work really well, i don't want to use anything else, but if ur worried use a liner just in case to see how it works God belss

They usually work unless your period is super heavy and you don't have the correct absorbency in.

They usually work but just to be safe you should were a panty liner.

Yes, But wear a panty liner just in case!

Tampons work most of the time, but u must make sure you've put it in properly. Make sure you wear a panty liner underneath because it an leak sometimes and leave stains in your pants! Try looking for well known brands and if you have aheavy flow try jumbo size tampons as it will leak less.

GOOD LUCK!! :D

well i use the kotex super plus which is a very big and thick tampon...its a little sore when u put it in but after that u cant feel a thing! im a very heavy bleeder and all the other brands never worked...unitl i found KOTEX! good luck!
