Question: you didnt go thru puberty yet? well im 14 and taking a sex-ed class. and one of the questions for my homework was:
if you are a 11 year old female without a period, and you were to have sex with an 11 year old male who hasn't gone through puberty yet, either, can you still have sex?

oh my goodness. That is a serious homework question? Or course you COULD have sex, but that is too young.
I would say yes. My son is 3 and his thing gets hard so I dont see why an 11 year boys wouldnt

At 11 years old you can get pregnant or get an STD even if you haven't gone through puberty
yes you can still have sex....you dont need to go threw puberty to have sex..... now getting pregnant is a diffrent thing

anyone can go through the actions. but nothing happens.
ex. a cake can go into the oven at anytime but if the oven isnt heated, the cake justs sits there and nothing can happen.

there can be penetration so for the female, yes in the strictest sense of the word. However the male would not able to ejaculate, so pregnancy should not occur. There could however be intercourse. This is a fairly odd question, btw.
Of course you could have sex! Sex is the act of a man putting his penis into a woman's vagina. There isn't an age limit. (As long as both or even one havent yet gone through puberty, they just wouldn't have to worry about pregnancy)
it says right in the question : if you were to have sex...can you still have sex? Sex is sex, end of story.
P.S. People, or guys at least, start going through puberty at like 2 mos of age, it just comes in short bursts
they can have sex. it will work. whether or not there is sperm in the boy, and whether or not the girl is ovulating is up in the air.
in NJ, you also cant consent to having sex until your 16 with something else attatched to that law.
so depending on what state you live in, sex laws are different.
