That doesn't happen and if it does the so-called weight gain is only a few pounds from fluid, not fat.
It's a myth you gain weight on the pill.
Your breasts do NOT grow from it either.
If you do gain weight, you'll start to see a difference within the first month.
Just to let you know though, most girls that gain weight on birth control gain it because they have increased appetite, not because the pill alters their metabolism.
Your breasts, on the other hand, may increase in size due to hormones in the birth control pills.
Any kind of weight most people gain will be 2-3lbs of water weight. i've been on the pill for years and have never had a problem.
