No that is not normal. Unless you just started a new medication I would go see a doctor.

yeah thats a good question it happens to me too..

Sounds like you may just be spotting. Have you started any new medication or pills?

Mine sometimes will go for 4-5 days, stop for 1-2, then have 1-2 more days left.

If it keeps happening every month, I'd see a doc, but probably nothing to worry too much about.

My Girlfriend had a similar issue...
I told her not to worry but would be nice to hear a clear answer

Stressed? could be that, everyones body acts up sometimes, if it last over 3 months like that talk to your obgyn

no it happens

dk, people r different with their time of the month i guess

its normal.

some times ur body just changes

If you are still a teenager it is normal, It also could be that your first one did not finish and just stopped for a few days and now finishes. If you are not having any unusual pain I would not worry about it. Of course if it doesn't stop in a few days I would go and see a doc. :-)

are you stressed? messed up on ur birth control pills?

that could set it off

totally normal. I've had mine go straight on for two months. Haha not fun. Irregularity is a b****. Birth control is a nice way to solve that problem though. Just be smart about it. Ask your doctor a gazillion questions. That's what they're there for.

You have it easy. It feels like I have feminine issues everyday ;)

maybe you didn't actually stop, are you on birth control? if you are see your doctor quickly if not you should probably see a doctor to get on some

It is still the same period. I like to call it the straggler or johnny come lately. It is just some residue that took its sweet time to come out. If it happens every month you want to get checked by a Gynecologist because it could be something more.

Yes you can actually have 2 periods in a month. You do not say if they are usually regular or if you have been ill lately. Some women experience periods where they bleed for so many days, stop and then bleed again for another couple days. It's happened to me and my doctor said not to worry about it unless it happens a lot. If you still concerned, see your doctor for reassurance. Have a great day.

Let me ask you this, did your period come on say, the 1st, and then again on the 29th of that month? If so, it's completely normal b/c it's 28 days. Most women get theirs every 28 days (from the day you start, not the day it ended), so it's possible to get it twice in the same month.

Well if you are on Birth control and you havent been verry regular with it or... if you have just stoped and/or started birth control it may have something to do with it... another problem is if you just started your period (like the first time ever) you may just not be regulated... if you have been sexually active this also may have something to do with it... But if you are seriously worried ask your doctor... and if you have parents that you dont want to know (idk how old you are so just saying) just ask about going to the DR. anyways for some other reason and then when you get there ask the DR. in privacy about your problem
