Noo.. :) You have discharge for 1-3 years before you get your period. Now, if you are talking about brownish discharge then you may start within a few months or weeks. (Brown discharge CaN be dried blood and all.)

In about a yr. When yuo get dicharge it has to last up to 1 to 3 yrs sweetie
no i had mine a while and i didn't get my period right after.
White discharge will come for a year or so before you get your period, it will gradually get heavier and turn brown, then you've started. You've got a ways to go.. If it's a greenish colour, it's a sign of an infection.
