hun you need a second opinion and the doctor should do an MRI this time around..sounds like there may something wrong with your kidneys.or ovarian cysts...kidney pain can feel like its in your ovaries but just insist they run all the tests and be very stern, this is your health and we want you to get better.

also there is nothing fine with mild kidney disease..you need a new doctor.

ARNP MSN

ooooo that's like permanent ovulation. I'm sorry. I'm sure that really sucks. I hope you find out what it is though.

Go back for a second opinion to put your mind at rest.

has your doc checked your kidneys its could be kidney stones

You need to go back, blood tests do not show many things so he cannot rely solely on those. Has he done urine tests? Or an internal swab? Maybe you need an ultrasound of your ovaries. Don't be fobbed off, if you're in pain it needs sorting. I work for the NHS as a Manager and I am horrified by some of the letters that come across my desk from patients who have been fobbed off. You know your body if it doesn't feel right go back, if he doesn't offer further tests ask for a second opinion of which you are entitled.

You could have ovarian cysts though they are normal with about every woman, some times they can get bigger to where you can feel them and they hurt. Most times they will "burst" and go away on their own, and sometimes they can become more serious. Id see your doctor about getting an ultrasound to check for cysts on your ovaries. hope this helps!

you may have ovarian cysts... you should go back to your doctor and have them do an ultrasound (that's how mine was found)... it's pretty normal for women to get these but you want to find out early enough before they burst (this happened to a friend of mine)! good luck to you

I agree with someone who said it could be kidney stones but I think that's unlikely.
It's weird that your doctor didnt find anything though...
I think you should go back.

Go back to your doctor and INSIST he find out what is wrong and why you are feeling this way. Sometimes doctors can be a little stubborn about looking further when nothing shows up at first...or they think we are being over dramatic.

ask to be referred to a gynocologist

Go back and carry on going until it is resolved - blood tests show nothing ---

I used to get pain in my ovaries and back - it was so bad at times it would knock me out , doctors did blood test and just said i was anaemic - any way one morning it was so bad i passed out and parents called ambulance - got taken to hospital, male doctor checked me out and said that i was being a drama queen and the pain probably wasn't that bad - i swear if i could have made him feel like i felt - after two years of suffering i got pregnant and went for a scan to find out that i had a huge cyst on my ovary....

moral - you know your body and don't be fobbed off by anyone!!!!

Hi im Mureen, i had similar a few years ago, mine was a burning pain in my groin which went through to my back, very painfull. Eventually, after i asked, the doctor sent me for a scan, which showed i had a syst on my ovarie, nothing to worry about. Because of the menopaus, they said it would come and go, but if it really persavered they would remove, but they were right, it has only come back once, and not for long. Might be worth asking your doctor to send you for a scan. Hope this helps. Maureen.
