I think you should see an endocrinologist. The metformin (glucophage) should help regulate your cycle and ovulation. Maybe you should get back on that.

Go to your GP. Tell them what's going on, and they'll refer you to a gynocologist, who will do an exam and some blood work. Depending on the severity of the PCOS, conceiving can be difficult, but it is not impossible. Women with this disorder may still have kids, though the risks that come with the pregnancy are generally greater. Talk to your doctor about this. Whatever you do, though, get your hormones balanced first thing. Your overall mental and physical health will improve dramatically, and that is really the most important thing. Even if you cannot carry a child, adoption is a wonderful thing. Plenty of kids already here need homes. Don't lose hope. Your life will be as full as it would be without the PCOS.

u are just 20 YEARS OLD and worrying so much!!!
u have lot of time behind u and just be rest assured that u will become pregnant and bear children!!
just continue ur effort sincerly and leave rest to the almighty
all the best.

Polycystic ovarian disease can create problems with getting pregnant but is isn't impossible. I was diagnosed with POD at the age of 16 and was told that I may not ever be able to get pregnant. I took a short course of fertility drugs and it absolutely did the trick. I now have 4 beautiful children with a little assistance with fertility drugs along the way. Hold your head up, there are ways out there for your to get pregnant.
