Going on vacation... how to deal with bikini line?!
Question: I'm only 16 so I'm not really into the idea of going to a pro for waxing. It would just feel weird. I'm going on vacation in two and a half weeks and when I shave I either get ingrown hairs or the hair is never really gone, and I get rashes and not much hair leaves with deploiatories, (sp?). What should I do to get that perfect bikini line?

Buy home waxing strips. Sometimes it's easier if you have a sister or a friend and you two can do it together, mutual support, especially the first time lol. Do it 4/5 days before you go.
You could try waxing it at home.. or if u can stand the pain.. put on your bikini and pluck everything that sticks out! LOL
Painful.. but effective..
Do you use a shave gel when you shave and a new razor when you shave? Also you can buy a creme to apply afterwards to avoid the red bumps, or even use cortizone creme..

I know it's weird to pull your pants down in front of someone you don't know but it's not that bad, they're professionals and they see this everyday - it's also the best effect that you'll get.
Alternatively, I use Veet hair removal cream (that comes with the spatula). Although it says to only leave it on for 3-6 minutes, if I'm doing a bigger area I tend to leave it for 9-10 minutes and I have no reaction and end up really smooth then I shave the area closer to my sensitive parts (because getting that cream on your clit is one of the most painful things that's ever happened to me) but yeah, if it's just for bikini line you should be fine, although it grows back at the same speed as shaving so you'd have to take the cream with you.
