Question: okay, i really dont know how to explain this but here goes.... after intercourse, (mainly happens when i am just coming off my menstrual cycle) my vaginal area will be swoll very bad, i mean like it looks as if it is going to pop! i have been to the doctor, took all the neccesary std test and culture tests and pap and they all came back negative! so i dont have anything. well, about 2 months ago it happend and i was feeling bad and it hurt and was swelling so me and my boyfriend both went to the health dept and both of our results came back clean! but about a week ago, we had intercourse and when we were threw, he looked down there and he was like o my gosh, it looks like its gonna explode. its scary and embarassing! i mean, it will turn blood red and swell up like a baloon!! i dont understand it?????

It sounds like it could be from the friction of your boyfriends penis causing the redness and swelling. But seeing as you've been to the doctor and they don't think it's anything to worry about, you really shouldn't fret about it.
Obviously the swelling goes down and if it doesn't hurt just get on with what you're doing. Just make sure that your boyfriend doesn't penetrate you until you are FULLY aroused and wet down there and tell him not to be too rough. If the problem keeps happening maybe you should steer clear of having sex immediately after your period, or use condoms when you do.
Well.... how to say this properly... When a bloke gets aroused, his genitals swell, when a woman gets aroused so can she. You've had all the tests so your ok there. If you don't have this problem at other times, other than during sex I wouldn't worry to much.
This may sound silly but you could be allergic to your boyfriend, and that would cause that.
Mabey you where simply very aroused...take a picture and show your doctor....if you dare...
You should go see your docotor ASAP!
SOmetimes it could be that you guys have intercourse for to long.
Does your boyfriend use a condom? You could be allergic to latex..
Is he doing it too rough?? I know when my bf and I have sex and we really get into it sometimes afterwards it'll be really swollen. If you both tested negative for STDs i wouldn't worry about it. Another thing is do you use condoms?? If so you could be allergic to the latex or whatever your condoms are made of.
Had you had a test for allergy to latex condoms? That is, if your partner is using them.
do u use condom's, alot of people are allergic to latex.

Dont fear, I had this same problem. I think it may be reaction to the condoms or the lubrication you are using. A friend gave us some tasty lubrication and as soon as we were done my girl area did the exact same thing. Try switching brands of condoms and then try switching lubrication. Dont switch both at the same time because then you wont know which one made you have the bad reaction. Good luck!

If you are using a condom it could be an allergic reation to the condom.
Does you bloke use condoms? If so, you're probably allergic to the latex in them.
Or it may be that your boyfriend is a bit too rough
this used to happen to me....latex allergy. Sux b/c lambskin condoms suck and slip off b/c they aren't as tight.
maybe hes being a bit brutal when your having sex? maybe your allergic to his sperm...?
