OK I'm Fat and HATE excise?!


Question: Im ten and I dont like:

running
scoccer
Baseball
and just moring walks
never tried dance


and I'm really tall for my age Im 5'5

So I need ideas for good fun excise

Its okay to not like sports. Why dont you try dancing its fun and it might help! Yoga/pilates are also good I love them! You can try walking for an hour in a mall or another fun place. Go on a walk in and see it I mena ACTUALLY see it. Try to look at all the beautiful things around you and hear everything thats around you. Walks even in a city or a place that isnt wonderland are beautiful if you know where to look. and dont eat junk food. It takes will power which everyone has evven if you think you dont. BUT DONT overdo it! I wish I was that tall!! Seriuosly alot of people do!! Its wayyy better then being short!!! Maybe you can try badmittion its awsoem too! In your case you should join a group program since it might be more fun! Also try different sports sooner or later youll find on maybe swimming? But dont stress about your body! Love yourself more!

Try DDR (Dance Dance Revolution). I've heard a lot of people have lost weight doing that and they say it's lots of fun - more than a regular workout.

No one enjoys when they are going to attempt to lose weight, Its going to be a tough experience and you will have to do things you don't enjoy... One great exercise and a very fun activity is swimming... Go to a pool and give it a try.

what about bike riding or getting friends together to play a game you do like, maybe dodge ball? in the summer you can go swimming. do any of your friends own a big trampoline? when i was your age i used to go to my friends house everyday to play on his trampoline. long walks might be ok if you listen to music. or you could go hiking. almost any kind of exercise is fun if you do it with a friend. : ) hope that helped.

Bike riding is good, walking around with your friends. If your parents will let you, why not join Karate or some other martial arts, it will help you lose weight and gain flexibility as well as build self esteem and learn self defense. It is also a social type activity, you may enjoy it.

i HATE excise too and i m fat too but i like going to the jim to excise but i feel good when i do that wy not try it you migth like it but i know i like going to there

You know, we all have to do things we don't like in our lives, but if it's gonna help you why not do it? You don't want to wait till you get my age, which is 31, and be saying, "Dang, I wish I would have done something about my weight back then." It'll be too late. I'm tall too, 5'9 and I weigh in at 180-185 lbs. I don't like to exercise either, but I do sit ups and walk and I have stop eating a lot of the junk foods I use to eat. I don't eat through the night anymore. I eat dinner and that's it. After you eat wait about 30 min to an hr before lying down. Another good exercise is swimming, I love to swim! Don't do it to often anymore cause I have a jealous husband he wont let me put on a bathing suit. Not because of my weight either!! So, you should really think about this before you just say no to it o.k.
