I want it for my pain but i also want it as conception, how do i convince my doctor to subscribe it for me without my mom knowing i need it for conception?

Firstly, refrain from having sex until you are a mature responsible adult who knows what CONTRACEPTION is. You don't use a birth control pill for conception. Conception is the act of becoming pregnant.
I'm hoping that your gynecologist doesn't just prescribe the Yaz without doing an ultrasound to find out the cause of the period pains. There is a chance that you might have polyps or fibroids in the uterus, and those need to be evaluated before just being handed the pill.
