Question about the mysterious vagina?!

Question: There's a bit of a lump 3-4 inches up my vagina. Is that like the cervix or something? Or should I see a doctor?

Thanks!

What does it feel like? The cervix changes it's position slightly depending on where you are in your cycle. During ovulation it's soft, high, open and wet (SHOW). After ovulation it will close up, become harder and drop lower. If you are feeling your cervix it should feel sort of like the tip of your nose.

The G-Spot is located about 2 inches up on the front wall. It will feel like a small spongy pad.

no, sweetie, it's your g-spot. if you actually poked your cervix, it would hurt.

THAT'S YOUR CERVIX. GET A DIAGRAM OF THE FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. BUT IF IT HURTS SEE A DR.

Sounds like it may be your cervix if it is 3-4 inches inside. It should not be painful because the cervix really doesn't have nerve endings. It is a spongy donut shaped lower part of the uterus.

well, it could a number of things.

The G-Spot is usually not located just a "straight shot" up into the vagina (hence the mystery to finding it).

Every woman's vaginal canal is slightly different than the next woman's.

Is it painful?
Do you have any discharge or a foul odor?
Any itching/burning/swelling/irritation?

Make an appt. with your GYN & go get checked out....why wonder when you could get a definitive answer.

If you don't have health insurance or a regular GYN, call the Planned Parenthood in your city...they will provide you a low cost or FREE pelvic exam, pap smear & educational tools/resources.

Good Luck

well poke it, if you feel like playing with it further or hiring someone to do that for you then its your G-spot, if it does not feel good you are in a dead zone , otherwise your cervix..
