Wear cotton panties, and consider wearing a panty shield for extra protection. If you have redness, soreness, itching, you may have a yeast infection which can occur during moist winter months, due to tight clothing with no breathing room. You'll need an anti-fungal cream for that, but it would be good for you to have yourself checked by a gyno as well hun.

Remember, cotton is your friend. ;-) It's easy to get accustomed to wearing silky panties, we all do, but when you notice that you need extra protection from chafing, go with cotton and get some panty shields. They're thin, discreet, and you'll be happy to have them.

Do you have long labia? If so it could be a sign of a hormonal imbalance and sometimes doctors can give you hormones to fix that. There is also surgery but I also wouldn't recommend that.

Maybe get looser pants? If they're too tight in the crotch area. Or wear different underwear?

Sorry not many good suggestions there I guess I would need more details about whether it's due to a problem with your trousers or your labial area.

OMG That must suck! Get some looser pants!

just wear pants that aren't that tight

i don't have extreme chafing yet, but it's only a matter of time.
let's face it - tight pants are better than baggy pants. i don't want to look like snoop dog.
maybe wear looser clothes to bed.
