Have you considered birth control pills? Even if you aren't sexually active, you can still take birth control pills to help with things like this.

I had horrible cramps that would even make the ache go up my back and down my legs. When I started birth control pills, the cramps are nearly non-existent.

if you take ibuprofen a few days before your period that should help

i would recommend seeing your gynecologist to put you on birth control. certain one's reduce menstrual cramps.

you should contact your dr. and make sure everything is OK

You can get prescription pain meds from your OB/Gyn. I hate cramps!!!!

yeah take painkillers or you could lie with like a hot water bottle that kinda soothes it, or take a warm bath, or exercise generally helps too

for cramps i recomend advil and you can also get perscriptions from the doctor! i get the same types of things and nothing worked for me either. but the medicine i got realy helped! Maybe you should try that. or if you dont want to get n e thing from the doc then i would just try new things untill you find something you like! good luck! ?
