Would something like this help control the population?!
Question: Try and follow me with this, now I'm not in any way shape or form pushing this only a thought.
It is always brought before us that our kids are haveing sex to which many end of having kids. For example a 15 yr old has a child, (chances are she does nto knwo the father and will have 3 more)now 15 yrs later we have not only a grandma but her 1st born also has a child and this keeps going. Now what I'm thinking if our goverenment put into place something along these lines would it control things. You have come in with one child not married and you don't know the father we will give you that one. You do it again we will tir your tubes and then you can go out and have all the sex you want protected we hope but we will have to then face the STD. Which is cheaper control the child birth rate or the STD's?

It would be better if they could perfect the reversal procedures for male and female sterilization. That way they could sterilize EVERYONE at birth. Later if you wanted to have kids you would have to apply for a permit, show you had a partner, a job, a home, etc. etc.. If you meet all the requirements you can get unsterilized.
that is going a little to the xtreme. i would agree with you thought that there is a serious problem
For many years in China, you can only have one kid. I do not know what happens if you do have a 2nd one.
i see where your going with that but its a bit extreme. Firstly properly educating girls around that age or a bit younger about sex and birth control and the responsibilities that come with sex if they choose to do so, which also proper education about STDs would hopefully lower the infection rate.
After all prevention is better than a cure!
Um and in china if you had a second child they usually executed it.
std's is more out of control than the birth rate. i see your thought but its unfair really and extreame - i mean lets look at it from another point of view
the female body is at its best - physically during the teenage years - so physically its better if she is going to have 3 kids to do it during her teens then stop? i know htere is other issues like hte fatehr thing etc but how about if thats what she wanted? how about if she actaully is happy about it - ,aybe even planned it - why do we decide that its so wrong when physically she is at her peak?
im jsut playing devils advocate im not saying this is what i belive so dont give me loads of thumbs down its just a thought!
