Alright me and my mom were talking about babies?!
Question: when she was 14 she had to go ont he pill bc of her period..and my gram never had ne problems that my mom had..and ive been fine also. my gram got prgnant easily. does this mean i could get pregnant easy to? im 19 and never had sex yet and now that my mom said that im fearing that when i do thats all ill be worried about is gettin pregnant..help

i suggest go talk to your doctor about birth control and after a while you will feel safer. i was on the pill and using condoms till i found out how hard it is for me to get pregnate and im allergic to condoms. and dont stress if your on your pill it will tell you when you are ovulating and you and avoid having sex then. also alot of women appear fine but when they try to concieve its near on impossible.
I can't say for sure, but I have heard that that these things run in families. I've always been told that to get a feel for how your body might act, such as periods or pregnancy, to look back at your mom's experiences.
As long as you are are safe ans smart about it, it should be okay. Know what you're doing, educate yourself on differnt forms of birth control, and be cautious. Nothing can guarantee that you won't get pregnant if you're sexually active.
After I started having sex, I missed a period and freaked out! I wasn't pregnant, but after that I started using multiple forms of birth control together (i.e. condoms, pulling out, and birth control pills) it calmed me to know that if one form failed, I had a backup to keep me safe.
Take birth control pills and always use condoms and you wont get pregnant unless u want to.
Don't rush this, if you do decide to have sex use PROTECTION, it is more available than it was when both mom and gram were. Be smart u have more choices than they did, with a lot less pressure.

Birth Control is 99.9% effective against preventing pregnancy. The odds of getting pregnant while using both condoms and birth control are very slim. Just because your grandmother and your mother got pregnant easily doesn't mean that you will constanly have to worry about unwanted pregnancies.
Getting pregnant easily is nothing unusual for healthy, young women. If you use birth control, there is no more likelihood of you getting pregnant than anyone else.
Fertility is something that tends to coincide in family members, but just be sure to use condoms and other reliable birth control.
