Do you record your menstrual period dates on your monthly calendar?!

Question: I mean like write it down on your planner calendar.

When I 1st started having periods, I was 8, & they always told me I should record the dates on my calendar.

i do....but not until recently because we are trying to get pregnant...so that really helps.

i guess i should, but i don't.

I do. It just makes everything a heck of a lot easier for me!

no..whats the point?

Since I was 12 years old.

Yes, because it gives me some clue as to when the next one should start; or did, until I became perimenopausal and things became irregular. Now I do it to show my doctor the pattern of my irregularity. *sigh* I wish it would just stop now.

i do. i just put a little dot on the bottom of each day. that way if i think i'm late i can check when my last period was.

no, I'm on the pill and can always tell where i am at in my cycle by looking at the pills i have left.

but just an FYI if you go for x-rays they always want to know the date of your last period and i never know, so i make a guess because i know i am not preggo.

Yeah. I never really paid attention much but for the last couple of years I've been keeping track. Makes it easier for me to know when I should expect my next period because for most of my life I Never really knew for sure when I was going to start. Also makes it a lot easier when I go to the doctor because when they ask what the date of your last period was I can actually give them an answer.

ya because i have PCOD so my gynae has told me to keep a record of it.... god im so fed up with this pcod thing... im constantly gaining weight....

pff, why bother? it's not like ther's any rationalty to it

Yes, it helps plan for the next one! That way I can have stuff with me if I start at my dad's or school! :)

Started menstrual cycles at 8? Wow, that's uberearly. I keep track of it, but then again I'm on the pill, so I know when exactly I'll start. But it's good to know in case you go to the doctor.

I do it mentally, most of the time. I was told to do that too. (Record the dates, I mean.)

yes i write them down on a calender

no but i need to
