Question about when to take vitamins?!

Question: I bought a women's multivitamins and minerals and it states to take two caplets daily. It doesn't specify when. So should I take one in the morning and one in the evening, or should I take them both at the same time, like one after the other?

I take one in the morning with breakfast and one in the evening with dinner because if I take them both at the same time, I get queasy.

Its best to take them with a meal for maximum absorption

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day,,,,
so take one at Breakfast and the other at dinner.

Take them with breakfast and dinner, if you take them without anything in your stomach, it could cause stomack pain and or bleeding.

it doesnt matter how you take them, you can even take them hanging upside down playing yankee Doodle Dandy on the violin, it is all wives tales about vits, take them as you feel ok, if you take them without food and you feel nauseous take them with food and vice versa, I just take all of mine at night as it is easier to remember with my reg meds, but if i forget I just pop them when I think of it. Dont stress, they wont kill you :)

You may also want to eat with them b/c they can make you nauseous. One in the morning & one in the evening would be fine.
RN

take them both with dinner or just before bedtime because your body will absorb them better and you dont burn much energy when sleeping therfore the vitamins will linger in your bloodstream longer and when you wake you will feel more energetic ! beware that vitamins taken that way can cause rapid wieght gain !! you have the body of a goddess why take vitamins ? why mess with perfection ? my bad !! it is your body your call !!
