Why do condoms, tampons, and contraceptive devices keep getting stuck or lost in!
Question: The lost part I don't really understand. You do get them out don't you? I you don't you need to immediately go to the doctor, like now. Stuck is something a little less frightening. My guess is that they are getting stuck because there isn't enough lubricant for them to slide out. I've had condoms slip off of my fiance's penis when he pulls out a few times, but that seems to have only happened when he pulls out at weird angles or positions. Tampons often get stuck and are hard to pull out when they have not be completely absorbed. Sorry for the visual, but they should be saturated with blood when you pull them out. If they aren't they can be difficult to get out, try a lower absorbency. I would try some lube and see if maybe that helps, you can use lube to insert tampons if your having an issue getting them in. If it keeps up, go to your doctor. Hope that helps. :)

EDIT:: It is impossible for ANYTHING to get lost inside a vagina. I hardly believe you are being serious when you asked this question. Grow up.
Truthfully you are probably kind of big (large vagina) in that area. Tampons do have a string attached to take it out. Condoms need to fit snuggly on the man for them to work properly.

but i have never heard of loseing them??

If you want a serious answer ask a serious question. Its impossible for anything to get "lost" in your vagina. Open up an anatomy book, you will see that there is no where they can go. And why use a condom if they are only going to get lost. The condom will spill all its "contents" inside you if it gets lost in there, so why use one in the first place.
Maybe you have a tiny man in there who keeps it. Oh yeah...one of my socks is missing of a pair, maybe they are lost in your vagina.
