Condoms with Spermicide?!

Question: My man just bought some Trojan Ultra Ribbed condoms with spermicide on them. We used one and it didn't burn or anything, but I was wondering if spermicide has any long lasting effects? Or if there is anything else I should know about it?

we used condoms for a yr before i found out i was allergic to the latex. The spermicide doesn't have any long term affects on us.
