Puberty. Some girls end up that size, some are only Bs and some are AAA's.
Its not genetics, its hormones and puberty.
You will grow into your mid 20s. So you could either stay a D or end up all the way into a K cup!
If you have any back pain you can look into a breast reduction in the future (covered by insurance).
genetics and some people start puberty earlier than others, hopefully your breast are done growing and you will grow into them.
i guess that its hereditary and runs in your genes. does ur mom or any other woman in your family have big breasts?

It's a hormone thing, and are u a little on the short side? If u r, then thats why. Women who tend to be shorter and a bit thicker have a more likely chance of havig big "tatas". lol. But I am 13 and I have 32 As, But yet I am 5' 2" so Thats probably why. Good luck and sorry if I didnt help! ;)
