Tightness question?!
Question: It may sound stupid but anyway...
I have hemorrhoids, my doc said that's probably because I sit a lot and not exercise. Can same thing effect the tightness of my other, you know...? Is it possible or am I worried for no reason?

As a girl myself and a mother, you have what are called pelvic floor muscles which we can contract and relax our selves.( with a bit of practise), You can exercise them in the following way- when you are on the loo having a wee sqweeze your muscle and try and stop your self as you are doing it. hold it for the count of ten then start having a wee again. this exercises your pelvic floor. It will also help your bum! Good luck
No..
Would have to examine you before I could give an honest answer.
I'm not a medical person, at all... but I read somewhere that because the vagina and anus share a wall, they can affect each other's health. I think it's totally plausible that you're experiencing some discomfort there.
It sounds like you're under a doctor's care. Ask him or her about it; I know it's awkward!
Hope it clears up and you feel better!
No...my last girlfriend never exercised and she didn't have that problem, far from it.
