My period is corrupted! it skips for months! help!?!
Question: My period has a mind of its own. Its like it sleeps for 4 months and wakes up all the sudden. I'm afraid that something is wrong considering that I dont take any birth control or any type of medicine that would make me skip periods and for that length of time. Has this happened to anyone else? And for all the guys who read this, sorry in advanced, didnt mean to mess with your mind like this.

This could have a few different causes. If you're young and just starting to have periods it quite common that they're not "regular" but will tend to get that way soon. The same is true for the onset of menopause. Your periods will get irregular, eventually getting farther apart until they stop all together. If you're in your "prime" you might want to talk to your GYN about it.
This has never happened to me. You should really talk to your OBGYN about this. You have abnormal periods, usually they can put you on birth control or fertilization pills to get your periods more regular.
I has this problem for a few years. I changed my diet and cut out any non-organic foods....started back up like clockwork.
