When I was younger I was scared of tampons, then when I was 16 and I started having sex I began using them and things were fine. A lot of it is all in your head.

u just asked a question 5 mins ago saying should i use tampons. and now u just said u are using them whats wif that?

its no different. y do u want to? r u bleeding, or is it to catch his after flow? either way, it's ok.

I don't think it really had to do with the sex more the fact that you could have been more relaxed after the sex and therefore wasn't stressed about inserting a tampon. In saying that though the lubrication from you would have made it slippier for you. (and of course you were using condoms so there would have only be your lub there! I hope)

Try different positions next time when wanting to use a tampon. The leaflet in the box should give you some ideas. You can use some lub to help insert if you need to.

YOU'RE ONLY 14....why are you having sex in the first place???????????????????
