Questions about my period?!
Question: IS THERE A WEBSITE TO PREDICT WHEN YOU WILL GET YOUR PERIOD USING SYMPTOMS YOU HAVE ? I AM TWELVE YEARD OLD AND DONT HAVE MY PERIOD YET DO I HAVE TO ASK THE DOCTOR WHEN HE THINKS I WILL GET MY PERIOD OR IS THERE A WEBSITE? I WANT TO KNOW MORE.

Well, I've never heard of anything that predicts when you'll get your first period...
There are sites that will let you track your period to get a fair idea of when it will come next, but this usually only works after you've had your period about two years so its had a chance to become more regular. Anytime before then and your period will probably be all over the place until your body gets itself in order.
General symptoms of a period include (but are not limited to):
+Mood swings (You may be happy one second and angry the next)
+Bloating
+A little gassy (Generally comes with bloating)
+Cramps (dull to sharp pains in your pelvic area)
+Headaches
+Tender/sore breasts to the touch or when moved
There are main more, but those come up most for girls.
There really isn't a real way to know exactly when your first period will come, it'll just show up!
But you can guess based off of physical changes
Have your breasts begun to develop?
Have you hips come out more creating curves in your body?
Have you noticed any white, sticky, faintly odored stuff in your underwear?
These are all good signs that you're getting close.
Well I am fourteen (fifteem this march) ad I got m period in january of 2007. there is no way to predict when you'll get it. Even genetics won;t help you with it.
trust me it isn't something you are desperately want to go looking forward to :)

go to google type in quiz when will i get my first period and i took this test and it said it will come soon in like 5 months or less and geuss what as we speak i have started i really started like 2 days ago oh and u probly need 2 weigh close to 100 lbs. and also have viginal discharge and at least a size Ain bras to have started-hope this helps
I started mine when I was 12, but its not abnormal to start when you're even..16.
My friend started when she was 14.
Its a burden, not something to want, trust me.
Often, you must have your period already to predict it.
Or analyze signs you have or visit a doctor.

ask your mum when she got hers. you will usually get it around the age that she did. you will usually get it a year or so after you have started developing breasts and started growing "extra hair". don't be too worried about getting it. enjoy that time you don't have it. lol
yes and it's right on time. i found out i was pg the day i was supposed to get my period
you can also add what kind of symtoms you get before your period and everything its awesome

A year or two after your breast start to develop.
You will start getting cramps.
2 weeks before you know when your period is cut down on the salt it helps you not to get cramps.
Get heating wraps or a hot bottle to help cramps go away.
Dont take medicine because its not good for you.

Many girls don't get their period till they are older than twelve. It is ok. Here is a site that gives you average ages and signs that your body is ready.

A doctor cud noe by giving u a shot that all girls get at the age of 10.. it tells the doctor on how ur body is going and it gives a kind of medicine into ur body 2 prevent breast cancer u should ask him or just tell him when will i start 2 mensturate??? and he will have at least some ideas!!!
