Question: Okay so in the morning i had some tuna fish and some tea with 2 teaspoons of peanut butter. then some sugar free gum. then later i had 3 CUPCAKES! they were big! AGHHH! why did i do it?
Could i burn it off? how many calories??im on a diet...is my day ruined???

I have to admit.. I have a hard time not eating tuna in the morning too...

Your fine, eat healthier foods the rest of the day. I'm not sure how many calories you need, It depends on your age, gender, body type, height, weigh now, etc. etc.!
honey, by the sounds of things you didnt really eat that much this morning so the lack of food will make up for the cupcakes. dont eat anything else tonight. cupcakes are about 300 each, so 3 times 300 = 900. tuna fish = 220 per 175g can, so lets say you had a can thats 1120 plus the peanut butter = about 150 cals so thats a total of 1270.
this day can still be salvaged!! dont worry - you've not completely ruined it!
