You cant make yourslef get taller, but you can make your bones stronger by having more calcium in your diet.
there is nothing you can do to make yourself grow taller. nothing. where shoes with big heels.
plastic surgery. the chinese do it, they have a pice of bone removed from their leg, and metal rods put in, then they put the bone at the end of the rod and they get like 2 feet taller, but take it from me, you will grow i'm 14 and last year i was 4'7 and now i'm 5'2 so don't worry about it, there are advantages to being short.
