Mmmassage ummm?!

Question: I wanted to get a massage one of these days. I want one that will like stimulate my back muscles and get the blood going and circulation. What kind of massage is best for that? I want something that will make my skin kind of red because of the intense stimulation. You know?

There are several types of massage that can get you the results you are looking for. Which ends up being right for you is a matter of discussing your personal situation with a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Swedish massage is common and can be done deeply enough to be invigorating and relaxing. Deep Tissue massage can easily be incorporated to target specific problem areas but it is usually not something a therapist will use on a first-time client who has no previous experience getting a massage since it can be less than blissfully comfortable. There are many other modalities that can be used to accomplish your intentions, but they are less widely practiced (though just as effective.)

Find a Licensed Massage Therapist in your area. You may want to visit the place of business to meet the therapist ahead of time to ensure you like the "vibe" of the place. Once the day of your appointment arrives your therapist should ask you what kind of goals you have for your massage. Tell the therapist exactly what you posted here and they will be able to accomodate you (though skin redness can actually occur from surprisingly little pressure)

Durring your massage don't be afraid to communicate with your therapist. If you'd like more or less pressure in an area, let them know. Be sure to point out any particular areas you would like to have worked on.
