i'm 13 weeks and 5 days pregnant and for the past 3 nights while in my bed.... i lie on my side and when i turn to lie on the other side i turn on my belly and have noticed when turns its like truns on ma ball the size of a apple what could this be i mean insde my belly? baby?

Your uterus is growing and getting to about the stage in pregnancy where you will start to notice a little bump (depending on your bodysize, weight, etc). That little ball you're feeling is probably your uterus. Congratulations, you'll be feeling the little one moving around in there before too long.
