Normal discharge, still frustrated?!
Question: okay, so i have normal vaginal discharge like everyone else. but sometimes it's heavier on certain days & i know that this is because of when my period is & blah blah blah. but i wear one of those little pantie liners everyday because i don't like 'leaking' through my jeans or sweats. sometimes it's really thin like urine but obviously not that much. does anybody else have this frustration? i guess i'm just curious as to what others do. i feel like i can't wear sexy underwear, or that if i do it doesn't feel sexy because of the pantie liner. any help? thanks much!

You are normal. I wear a pantyliner most days of my cycle.
Different Types of Discharge:
White: Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection.
Clear and stretchy: This is "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating.
Clear and watery: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be particularly heavy after exercising.
I do. ONLY sometimes. It only leaks through my underwear and it looks like i peed but I DIDNT! LOL
i'm a guy and know that most woman use a tampax..this is a tube insertion of a circular type of a pad for more absorbtion, with a small pantee liner....all ya have to do is ask...
I wish I had an answer for you but I have resorted to wearing pantyliners everyday. I have found no other solution to this problem as it is just how I am (I have confirmed with a doctor that this is normal).
I had a friend who would change her underwear a few times a day to combat this problem. I showed her the way of the "liner" and life became much easier for her.
Maybe try purchasing the liners that are specifically for sexy underwear? I think Always makes them.
The correct term for "normal discharge" is Cervical Mucus, and you should have some at almost all times that you're not on your period, as this chart shows

When you get alot of the clear watery type is when you're ovulating.
I don't know why you can't wear sexy underwear... or why you wouldn't feel sexy, it's hot! cervical mucus is designed to help sperm survive as long as possible in the vagina. it's a normal reproductive function.
discharge should be light. This seems really heavy if you leak through your clothing . Consult a physican...
yea, i get it too and its super frustrating expecally cuase im a cheerleader and i wear tight shorts alot, sadly theres nothing that can really be done about it. my gyno says if it doesnt smell, or have a weird color then its fine and you just gotta live with it, sorry.
