Believe it or not, I can always tell when I'm ovulating, if I pay attention. I almost get cramps like it was my period but they only last for a day and they're very minor.

You can also tell from your discharge. If it's clear and really slippery, that's a good sign. That's the type of lubrication that helps the sperm reach your cervix. anything thicker than that and it actually stops the sperm dead in it it's tracks.

hope this helps.

Here is a link for a good site. Lots of info on it!

Take note of what your cervical mucus is like each day. As you can see here it is much greater around the time you ovulate

the only way more accurate than that is to take basal body temperature every day. When most girls say they can tell when they're ovulating, they're probably basing it off of cervical mucus production. It goes from being white and creamy at most times of the month to clear/translucent and liquidy/snotty around ovulation.

guys love cervical mucus too btw, there's nothing better than sending mini-me in and pulling him back out covered in girl goo :-D

I don't know if this is for every girl, but it usually is ABOUT 14 days after your first day of your period. Your discharge can be a creamy white stuff when your ovulating.

I hope your not wanting to know this to try the rhythm method.
I know to many people that tried it and now have babies.
