Tampon wont fit... :(?!
Question: i used to be able to use tampons but i cant anymore.. it wont fit. i have never had sex and i am 15. why wont they fit anymore? (i use the smallest kind)

There can be many reasons. My top two choices would be: Either you are not bleeding enough to provide enough moisture to help the tampon slide up or you are tensing the muscles too much. Try using the slightest amount of vasaline on the applicator. Don't use so much that it gets messy, but just enough to help it slide. An even better choice is personal lubricant.
The first time you thought it didnt fit anymore, might just have been a one off and since then you were tense when trying again
Just relax and try to think positively

you're probably tensing your muscles up as you try to put it in.
Your probably just inserting it wrong. Try lying down on your back and putting it in. And from my expreince the cardboard ones suck get the plastic kind they feel much better. and make sure you actually have enough bleeding to use a tampon. Im really bad at spotting and if you try in insert one if your period is super light then its going to hurt because its dry and your tearing the skin.
read the instructions, It's best to stand up when you try with your legs open
some people even use lube.
reason being is becuase you were probably tensing up when you tried to put it in the first time and it didnt fit, so now your body thinks its going to happen again so it's going to physically reject it by the tighting of the vaginal muscles. just stay calm while inserting one, and relax all your muscles, becuase the more tensed up u are, the less likely you are to be able to insert it properly.
