Im having the same problem. It's going into the 7th week since my last period, so nearly 3 weeks late and i've done two pregnancy tests and both were negative! Im still not a hundred percent sure if I am or not, im going to the doctors monday, there's still no sign of my period, and I've been having the symptoms.
I think there could be a chance you're pregnant, there are cases where hcg levels aren't high enough to detect pregnancy, I say go to the doctors, even if the tests are negative, im hoping they'll send me for a scan (I had a scan before the 12weeks with my son has I had light bleeding), then you'll know for sure.

Do you mean six weeks since your last period? If it's been that long, you might want to go ahead and call you doctor, even if it's just to talk to a nurse. There could be other reasons why your period is so late.
Meanwhile, if you're still having sex, don't assume that you can't get pregnant right now. Make sure you're still using protection every time you have intercourse.
