Of course it is worth living. Have you been to a hair removal clinic / specialist for this? You said you are 18. Do you either have the money or credit cards to be able to pay for laser hair removal? Will your parents take you to a laser hair removal clinic and get this done for you? That is what I would recommend as soon as you can afford it.

For now, you can use those hair removal creams like Nair. Just read the directions. Basically you put it on in the shower, let it sit on your skin for like 10 minutes, then just brush the hair off with a washcloth. The chemicals in the Nair just dissolve the hair so it falls right off at the surface. Since you said it isn't very coarse, it probably will come off easily and not grow back out for at least 3-4 weeks. How bad could it be to use Nair in the shower once a month until you can afford the laser?

Also, please work on your self image. I would recommend seeing an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner to help with your self esteem issues. www.emofree.com

This will help you tremendously with your happiness, self worth, and quality of life. I would not let something as easily solved as too much body hair make me depressed.

If you feel that you are not attractive or you don't like your body, look into working out, eating right, changing your hair, makeup, getting a tan, etc. There are a number of things people can do to make themselves more attractive, but very often people ARE at least somewhat attractive already and they just don't THINK they are attractive, so they put out that "unattractive" and "needy" vibe. And THAT vibe is unattractive, and likely hindering your romantic success.

I hope this helps.

Girl dont kill yourself just shave the hair you dont like!Plus your perfect!XxXx

Honey, if something as vain and insignificant as BODY HAIR made life not worth living, then we'd all be pretty fucked wouldn't we?

It may seem like a huge deal to you and cause you a lot of pain but why don't you take the time out to think about all the people in this world that are starving and dying. Count your blessings and look in the mirror and be happy that you have what you do.

Ahhhh its ok! If it would make you feel any better you could wax the hair!

of course its worth living just get laser hair removal. the hair will never come back. or you could wax every so often. but killing yourself just over here is a little drama queen. at least yo dont look like a werewolf. lol

first of all dont let a little bit of hair get you down. everyone, including you, are beautifull in their own special way. think about all the good things in your life. if you leave this world i bet alot of people will be sad and miss you a whole lot. and not having a boyfriend isnt that bad. not everyone finds love as easily as others. if all a boy cares about is the way you look then you dont want him anyways. trust me it is worth living. keep your spirits high and if you are still bothered by the extra hair than talk to your family doctor about it. he or she might have a solution for you. i hope this helped.

Wait, you are this depressed to the point of suicide because you're HAIRY!? ARE YOU SERIOUS!?

You have dark hair and fair skin..go to walmart buy a freakin bleaching kit for body hair and go to town, Now seriously..if you think body hair is worth taking your own life..go for it sister!! i know people with REAL deformalities that live their lives to the fullest, and you....are upset because your hair is dark.

wow.. I cant believe you are suicidal over body hair.. It is not the end of the world, you can shave, wax, or have surgery for removal of unwanted hair. Of course life is worth living, as my grandmother told me when I was suicidal over something that is a far cry away from body hair, "as long as you've got breath in your body, life is worht living". It seems as though our imperfections bother us to no end, but everyone has some form of imperfection, and I am sure there are plenty of other great things in your life you can focus on besides your body hair.. Friends, family, school, work, hobbies... c'mon I know you got something.. Be happy and thankful to be alive, and find some confidence in your self, you will be ok.. If the suicidal thoughts continue you may want to consider taking some anti-depressants which can help you focus on happy/positive things far quicker and easier.

some guys like their vaginas nice and furry like, just keep like that and soon youll have so much dick you wont know wat to do!!

Have you been diagnosed with PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome)? You should see an Endocrinologist and get tested first off. It's not the end of the world. There are many ways to remove excess body hair. Many people have hormonal issues that cause this. The best solution although expensive is Laser Hair Removal. I know it can be depressing, but believe me you will still meet guys.
