Trimming 'down there'?!

Question: Is there a way I can trim 'down there' without it being so itchy. I hate when it is long but I dread trimming because it itches terribly afterwards for a couple of days

It itches because the ends of the hair you cut are sharper than natural ends and that only goes away when they "wear down." Maybe a razor (on the ends, not shaving!!!) would be better, or could be worse. Or trim real short so that it would be a long time before you had to trim again.

just keep doing it and it will stop.... or you can do the cream treatments, but they stink and take way too long... or WAX...

OH and I forgot the most important thing of all... use a NEW razor almost everytime and it will work out better for you until your "down there" gets use to it..

You could try a bikini wax.. or just use scissors and just leave it an inch

you could use scissors to cut it down and then you wont itch or shave gently

How are you trimming it? It shouldn't itch that badly, maybe I've just gotten use to it, but mine only itches when the hair starts to get long. I trim my upper pubes down to about 3/4" and shave my sack and crack.

hmm lets see tey rubbing some aloe vera lotion on or not some petroleum jelly the one without alcohol fragrance
or i just recomend waxing

if u r "trimming" not "shaving" then it shouldnt hurt :/

get it really wet, use shaving cream, use a new blade every week or so maby a little more (maby even try using mens razors), and when your done soap it up, that should work and if it doesnt idk what to do then.

Go to a drug store and buy barber shop scissors, they work AWESOME and they're smaller than regular scissors. I never understood how people spend the time using a razor to trim. The barber scissors are located usually near the hair brushes in drug stores like Walgreens.

Part of the itch is you scrape the skin with the razor. Lotion right after the shave, and the next day as well. Just make sure there is no perfumes or sugar in the lotion or you are almost guaranteed a yeast infection.

Get un-scented hand lotion or BikiniZone/Coochie/Summers Eve lotion.

These companies also sell shave cream that really reduces razor burn.
