Yellowish/greenish discharge with a little blood?!
Question: I've never gotten my period before and I'm not sexually active.
When I wiped after I went to the bathroom, there was a small amount of yellow/greenish discharge and a little bit of blood.
And for the love of god, please don't just say "Go to the doctor.'

Why haven't you gotten your period before? Is it because of your age, or because of some underlying health problem? If it's because of your age, you're probably safe in just waiting and seeing what else happens.
If it's health-related (eating disorder, physical activity preventing you, pituitary issues, etc.) then you really do need to go to a doctor to have the underlying problem treated. If it's severe enough that it's prevented you from ever menstruating normally, then it is a very serious problem indeed. Especially if you have a fever, you must see a doctor.
Have you ever been sexually active in the past? (including oral sex and just touching with the hands) If yes, it's also worth seeing a doctor for this. If no, again you're safe in assuming it's probably just menstruation.
It wouldn't hurt to go to a doctor, that's for sure. If you're nervous about the pelvic exam, you can ask them not to do one, but just to do a visual and digital exam. That's what I did for the first few years since I wasn't sexually active at the time and there was no need to do a Pap test. It was totally not bad at all. Even with the speculum, it's not bad at all.

I'd say you're about to start your cycles. If you don't already have supplies on hand, it's probably a good idea to get some. I'd suggest starting with pads/liners until you get used to how your body behaves.
You're probably going to get your period soon. =D

When I had my period the blood kind of came out with the discharge... so you never know, that little bit of blood could have been the very start of your period.
Make sure you tell your mom/dad/sibling about it. They'll get you the proper things you need. (:
