If I'm where I can do so gracefully, I scratch! I have scars from my tubal ligation, and also from a hysterectomy (thankfully also done by laproscope), and they can REALLY itch sometimes. If I need to get up and go to the ladies room or something, then I will.

go somewhere to scratch it privately

You need to shower more often

try vagisil. it really works and it's not harmful. it stops the itching so you don't have to scratch.

I put some baby powder on any itch from shaving knicks or the like

i suggest maybe getting some vagisil or something of that nature because it may help the itching stop

If you itch, scratch it.

You need to learn to be like men when it comes to this. You watch to see when everyone is looking elsewhere then you go for it fast. If it's to bad then you go out to a hall or different room and take care of it.

Wash that area frequently like maybe 3-4 times daily when needed with vagisil and sit in a tub fill with detol for abt 5min... Do not wear tight underwear and pants or jeans. Wear something lose like skirt. I think it might help.

When there is an itch who am I to deny the scratch? Even if it means leaving the room. I rarely have that problem tho, I would agree with an earlier answer about applying baby powder around the area.

I wonder, I saw on a lot of sites that you should't scratch, because it's going to creat e a cycle (itch-scratch-istch more-scratch...)
I suggest to (try) not to scratch it. I agree with wearing cotton underwear and avoiding thigh pants. Also, when you wash, use a soap-free susbtance, with neutral PH (there are special gels soap-free in phramacy, especially for women) and air-dry (or they say, even use a hair-dryer) your parts down there.
