Is it normal to throw up twice after a night of drinking?!
Question: I rarely get a hangover the next morning after a night of drinking. For some reason though, I threw up twice this morning. I had 2 beers, 2 mixed drinks, and I think about 5 shots (bday)....is that considered a lot in your mind?

Oh, yeah, it's normal, if you have alchohol poisoning.
Look, binge drinking like this has killed people. Can't tell you how many people get driven to the ER after passing out due to alchohol. these people don't understand that too much alchohol can actually kill you.
and fyi, a shot is considered one alchoholic drink. so you drank... 9 drinks. that's FOUR drinks over what a binge is considered.
It could be alot. Ask yourself whether you are happy with the amount and frequency that you drink and whether you need to change it or not. If you don't like being hungover (and today barfing), it's ok to choose to drink less. Just tell people you don't want to be sick. ;-)
Yes it is normal to throw up when you are poisoned. Why would you think thats abnormal?
And "a lot" is based on many factors that you havent provided. But if you puked, yea it was probably too much for you.
If you mix drinks you're more likely to throw up a lot.
One night I had 4 beers, 2 or 3 pre-mixed vodkas, and a jack and coke.
I threw up about 3 times and had the worse hangover I've had in a long time. Now I stick to drinking one kind of drink.
