For each person the symptoms are different but this isnt uncommon. Sometimes a warm bath or using a heating pad can help aswell as taking something like midol which is specifically for these types of symptoms and be sure to drink plenty of water.

well this happenes to my sister and she takes a panadol and puts a hot water bottle to ease the pain.

I've never had the problem but it's probably normal because its just your body reacting to the different hormones that are being released that kinda thing.
I get sick (more or less) every time a couple of days before period starts with a cold, virus, flu etc.
talk to your ob/gyn you are not alone many suffer severe headaches and cramps if a OTC like midal or pamprin doesnt work for you
it could be normal but you really should go to the doctor and get some blood test check vitamins and iron stuff like that.
i am exactly like that! it is perfectly normal though. periods affect women in differant ways. i advise you to take some painkillers, which ususaly work for me, if not, you can use a hot watter bottle to get rid of cramps. i hope this helps x
yep happens to me too...ick.
its totally normal, no worries. i get really bad cramps and sometimes migranes. try some birth control. it will make your period shorter so you do not have to endure anymore side effects from your monthly friend.
TIP:
* if you are going to take birth control, never ever ever smoke in your life!!!! or else you could get a blood clot and die. so read the box before you do anything.
* taking birth control for your period is not embarassing to ask an adult so go ahead and ask. just clarrify that you are using the "pill" for that reason and not so that your not trying to get pregnant
