I hurt my?..why?!
Question: i hurt my arm a few mins ago at the tip of the table and i was cryign cause it was hurting really bad, than i felt like i was falling i couldn't breathe anymore i had to lay down! everything was dizzy!
it took a few mins for me to stand up and see the house
was all this caused by my arm?

It sounds as if you may have had a mild panic attack. Hurting your arm scared you, so you panicked and probably started to hyperventilate, which caused the dizziness.
this happened to me before. it actually turned out that I was getting sick and thats where the dizziness, not being able to breathe came from.
It could also be you got up to quickly. This can cause the room to spin and for you to see spots for a few minutes. This happened to me, except I head-butted a wall as I fell. If it happens often, go and see your doctor.
