well if you haven't been sexually active then it must be your period. A woman's period doesn't regulate itself until in their 20's or so. Don't be alarmed if it is a few days late.

well depending on your age...13 - 18 years old your body is still changing...so yes, if you are not sexually active you should get some symptoms like tender breast, a week before your period, after 20 you should know your body better...
