Men catching it from receiving oral is rare but it can happen. If I was the one being asked, I'd say both get tested tomorrow, and both of you use condoms for the next six months. If you both test negative at 3 months from now and the 6 month mark, you're both in the clear.
If he tests positive and you don't, you have a choice to make, but test again at the 3 and 6 month marks to be sure YOU are clear.
