Why do you like pads?!

Question: If you like wearing pads why do you like them?

Do you always feel it?

Should it feel wet?

Is it bad to cross your legs with a pad on?

I heard if you sit a long time it comes out fast so like in school should i sit up a lot to stop that?

I am worried about the wings sticking out of my underwear? Is it annoyin?

What was the worst leak you had with a pad on?

You asked 8 questions:
*I like pads. I've never used tampons.
*I like them because I can see when they need to be changed, unlike tampons.
*Yes, I can kind of feel it, but the Always pads with wings are thin.
*Look for the Always dry-feel pads.
*If you cross your legs and your period is heavy, it can make the blood go more to one side.
*Yes, if you sit or lie for a long time, when you get up, you will momentarily bleed a bit more.
*You stick the wings to the underside of your underwear. I don't understand the problem.
*Before wings with pads were invented, I had many leaks onto the sides of my underwear (for some reason, usually on the left side) and always wore dark clothing.

I like em cause it's more comfortable than tampons...and I'm kinda scared of em

Yeah, I feel it usually

IT should feel wet if you are having a lot of it

Try not to

See what happens, try what's best

Make sure the wings stick tight underneath it, and that won't happen

god damn ive never seen so many questions about pads in my life.

i hate them.

When i first starting using them, it felt a little uncomfortable. I felt a little bit like a duck walking around, but as you start wearing them, they adjust to your body ad you cant feel them.

I would rather wear a pad than stick some stick up my wotsit. Sometimes it feels wet, just change the pad more often or get a higher adsorbant one.

It makes no difference standing up or sitting down, the blood has to come out anyway.

The wings shouldnt be the visible, maybe get one with no wings or make sure that when your stiking the pad in place in your pants that you stick it down well and fold the wings over neatly.

I got changed many times at secondray school whilst i was on periods, and i did it quick so no one could see.

Some girls changed in the toilets.

i cant stand wearing a pad coz theyre uncomfortable and feel like im wearing a nappy, i dont think theyre very hygenic and i always get spills on my clothes and it smells :S...I use tampons coz they are much better in my opinion do what your comfortable with tho

Don't the wings have sticky strips on them too so you can fold them to the outside of your underwear so the pad stays in place? That's what mine do.
I don't find pads uncomfortable, though I only wear regular. I find my period cramps more uncomfortable.
The pad does feel wet. That's when you know it's time to change or at least check if you need to.
I've never leaked with a pad on.
Pads sort of make me feel secure. When I'm down to the last pad I always panic, but when I have a full box I feel more secure.

They are way more comfortable.

Nope, after you get used to them, you don't feel them.

You can,.....

No, that's another menstruation myth. You don't have to stand up...

No, just attach them correctly.

I have never had a leak. You just need to get the right ones, the ones your size... I get extra long just in case.

pads are bad and gross i like tampons lol

I only wear them because that's all my family buys...I may switch soon though.

You feel it when your on your heavy days

Yes, it does feel wet, remember changing it frequently will help you feel dryer.

No, it doesn't matter if you cross your legs or not.

It doesn't matter how you sit, it will come out at the same rate.

The wings will stick to the sides of your underwear, they won't come undown, so you don't notice them. And no one else will unless you have your underwear on display.

The worst leak I have had is at night, because you can't change it as often.
