Firts of all don't look for a "quick way" just start today at your next meal and continue everyday by correcting one eating mistake you make.Even if it is just how much or the choice of food every change is going to help.No eating anything unless it is fruits and vegetables after supper is a good plan too.Oh and don't forget to exercise-a walk or even running a few times up and down stairs will help get you on your way.Good Luck
