Question: I keep reading some women's breasts get bigger when they are on pills. My question is...
Doesn't hormones make breasts grow? (the answer is yes) And taking hormones causes cancer. I once talked to a plastic surgeon, he strongly adviced me to not use those breast enlargement pills because they probably contains hormones and cause cancer. Doesn't it also mean those birth control pills may cause cancer? I'm confused and scared to use BC pills.

Birth control pills work in two ways. One way is a small does of estrogen. It's not enough to make one gain weight or get larger breasts. It actually reduces my chances of getting cervical cancer. Those breast pills are dangerous. Plus, as soon as you stop taking them, your breasts will get small again.
It happened to me. I even gained about ten pounds (I've gotten a little taller, thought). I went from a small B to a big C. :)

Birth control pills contain Estrogen. This typically can cause breast growth.
Mine didn't get bigger =( I'm one of the unlucky ones.
