They are sold in most all stores(marts) and they are used to wash the inside of the vagina. It removes a lot of the good bacteria that helps keep the female body clean and health. Removing too much of it can in fact be unhealthy and is best not to use them unless the Doc or your OB say to and how it is to be used.
Think its american termanology...douche means idiot? Douching means lazy?
