yes, you definately should. i myself suffer from panic attacks and take medication for them. you don't necessarilly have to take meds. panic attacks can be controlled, you just have to know how to do it. this can be done through therapy. but, you need to talk to someone to find out what's going on and what is triggering them. i've suffered from severe panic attacks for years, so, if you want someone to talk to about them, i accept e-mail. good luck.

NO it will not go away I think you need to seek treatment to learn to deal with your anxiety.

You should look for natural remedies to keep you calm.

you can seek treatment or try to help your self. but just talk to a doctor to help you. I have the same problems. I am 16 too. and it is panic disorder. you can chose to be put on meds, IF YOU WANT.

hope this helps.

I have the EXACT same problem. I had a checkup, and the doc said she couldn't do anything and gave me a refferal to the psych ward. The nice therapist said that I should just steer clear of anything that induced my panic attacks. Hope that helps!

Chances are you won't grow out of it, but don't be too scared. Sometimes people get into such a panic that they feel like they are going to die, but a panic attack won't hurt you physically. Knowing that can help. Learning some relaxation techniques where you slow your breathing may help. Ask your doctor about who you can speak to about this. Don't be embarrassed, it's actually very common. Good luck.

Seek treatment.
