How well does Diane 35 prevent pregnancy?!
Question: I was previously taking Ortho-tri cyclen when I found out that I was pregnant. Docs switched me to Marvelon (horrible pill) and now I am looking to switch to something else to help with acne I got from switching to Marvelon. I heard good things about Diane for acne but have received iffy reviews on its ability to prevent pregnancy. What were your experiences with it? Or was there another birth control that worked well at preventing pregnancy and clearing up acne?

Just as well as any other combined birth control pill. Yasmin is also another option.
If you want to knock out acne and prevent pregnancy, I would stay on Ortho and get a RX for accutane. Be careful with Accutane because it can cause serious birth defects if you do get pregnant. Accutane is expensive, with good insurance I paid $45. I tried the nuva ring cuz i'm not good with taking pills on time. That's great too.
