Heartburn probably drink a hole cup of cold water and lay down on your back for 10 minutes it works for me!

Probably the food temp. getting stuck there or acid reflux:) Did you eat it fast?

The stomach is a lot higher up than people realize. Take some tums or rolaids and see if it helps.
